Bananas are extremely healthy and delicious.They contain several nutrients,and have benefits for digestion,heart health and weight loss.Aside from being very nutritious,they are also a healthy convenient snack.Bananas are among the most popular fruits on earth.there are many types of bananas available,which vary in color,size and shape.The most common type is the yellow banana, which is grean when unripe.Banana contains nutrients that moderate blood sugar levels,bananas are rich in fiber called pectin,which acts like soluble fiber and escapes digestion.Both pectin and resistant starch may moderate blood sugar levels after meals ,and reduce appetite by slowing stomach emptying.Bananas may improve kidney health, potassium is essential for blood pressure control and healthy kidney functions.

The midday meal is not such a big deal ,but making time for a healthy lunch can pay of both physically and mentally.lunch I will say is where one is free to eat anything and everything as long as they are healthy and balanced.
Benefit of eating lunch
Eating in the middle of the day,several hours aft breakfast,re-energies your body can raise blood sugar levels when focus and concentration are flagging.If you are feeling sluggish eating even a small lunch can renew your energy and help you feel refreshed and ready to take on the next several hours .

BUILDING A GOOD EATING HABITS
As individuals we have a lot to do each and everyday of our lives but we must not forget,to be able to do all these our health plays an important aspect.One will ask how?.learning what to eat,when,how,where and why to do so is very necessary.The normal routine we all know are Breakfast,lunch and dinner,many people have different views on this.Most people feel they are good with just the lunch and dinner which is very wrong.Our breakfast is the most important. This is not to say the others are not important they are all equally important.Making it point to take your breakfast every morning will do you a lot of good.
During a busy morning. It’s easy to let breakfast fall low in your list of priorities;but taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference to your day.some importance of breakfast are as follows;
Breakfasts provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast,that is where its name originated. Breaking the fast !without breakfast you are effectively running on empty ,like trying to start the car without a fuel.
Breakfast provides us with energy.
Breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients such as calcium iron and B vitamins as well as protein and fibre.
Breakfast can be good for waistline,research shows those who eat breakfast are less likely to be overweight.
Breakfast also restores glucose levels an essential carbohydrates that is needed for the brain to function.If you didn’t know now you know .Do well to take your breakfast every morning and always remember they are always to be very light and just a little to keep you going till you ready for lunch.Take care of your health to enjoy your wealth.
